Customer Success Manager (SaaS/Influencer Marketing)

About the role

Insense is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help brands get the most out of its creator‑marketing platform. You will onboard new clients, nurture ongoing relationships and act as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and continuous value delivery.
• Develop deep expertise in the Insense platform and paid‑social advertising to provide best‑practice guidance.
• Proactively monitor account health, identify churn risks and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to launch internal activation campaigns and gather feedback.
• Analyze usage data and market trends to recommend growth opportunities and new product features.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management or a similar SaaS role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GSuite.
• Experience using Hubspot.
• Familiarity with Notion.
• Working knowledge of JIRA.
