Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

Insight Global is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join a global cybersecurity organization that supports enterprise‑wide detection and response across a worldwide digital environment. The role offers hands‑on incident response, global collaboration, and the chance to work with modern security tools in SIEM, EDR, AWS, endpoint, and Office 365 environments.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging, investigating, validating and remediating security alerts and Level 2 SOC tickets.
• Coordinating remediation activities with technical teams across multiple domains.
• Improving security monitoring capabilities and processes.
• Managing 10‑50 tickets per day, including alerts from O365, AWS, endpoints and SIEM platforms.
• Collaborating with multinational and multicultural teams to ensure effective incident response.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior experience in cybersecurity operations, security monitoring or incident response.
• Proven ability to handle Level 2 security tickets in a Managed SOC or Managed Solutions environment.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and experience working in global teams.
