Cybersecurity Architect

About the role

Amrize IT is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to join its IT Security team. The role focuses on designing secure architectures across IT, cloud, and operational technology (OT) environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security reviews of architectures across IT, cloud, and on‑premise environments.
• Define secure‑by‑design patterns for cloud, infrastructure, identity and access management, and data protection.
• Design and guide cybersecurity solutions for OT environments such as SCADA, PLC, and DCS.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for new technologies and vendors.
• Translate regulatory and security standards into practical controls and architecture.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure secure solution delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field.
• Strong experience in multi‑cloud security (AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of OT security principles and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GICSP or other cloud security certifications.
• Proficiency in English (B2+).
