CyberSecurity Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a CyberSecurity Automation Engineer to design, build and operate security automation solutions that scale across Addi’s financial platform. You will streamline identity and access processes, automate vulnerability management and ensure secure, efficient operations at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end automated onboarding and off‑boarding workflows integrated with IAM, HRIS and core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, AWS, GitHub and NetSuite.
• Automate the full vulnerability‑management lifecycle – ingestion, enrichment, deduplication, prioritisation and ticket creation – to achieve high‑rate automatic triage of critical findings.
• Build and maintain IAM and access‑management automations for provisioning, role‑based access and Just‑In‑Time (JIT) workflows, ensuring all access changes are executed automatically and auditable.
• Monitor, optimise and document security automation pipelines to reduce manual effort, eliminate orphaned accounts and improve remediation SLAs.
• Collaborate with security, engineering and product teams to align automation with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating security automation solutions in a fast‑growing technology environment.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience automating vulnerability‑management processes and ticketing workflows.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, security and product stakeholders.
