Data Analyst, Chat Product

About the role

Félix is seeking a data‑driven analyst to join its Chat Product team. You will work closely with product managers to turn raw data and user conversations into actionable insights that shape the roadmap of our AI‑powered WhatsApp chatbot for cross‑border payments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to support discovery, prioritisation, experimentation and tracking of product initiatives.
• Interpret data trends, conduct funnel and behavioural analysis, and identify friction points, drop‑offs and growth opportunities.
• Analyse user conversations from WhatsApp, support tickets and interviews to surface behavioural insights and pain points.
• Perform bespoke analyses to answer critical business questions and size the impact of potential features.
• Produce clear, data‑backed narratives and reports that guide product decisions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for understanding user behaviour.
• Experience working in fast‑moving product environments, preferably in fintech or AI‑driven services.
• Ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to cross‑functional teams.
