Data Scientist II – Global Pricing & Interchange

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Pricing & Interchange team is looking for a Data Scientist II to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive pricing strategy and revenue optimization. You will work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology to support the company’s long‑term economic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop analytics, predictive models, and data‑science solutions that support pricing, interchange, and commercial strategy initiatives.
• Conduct profitability assessments, customer and product segmentation, forecasting, simulations, optimization, and revenue analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting dashboards, data visualizations, and self‑service analytical tools for global business users.
• Build and enhance data pipelines, analytical datasets, and scalable data products using modern cloud and big‑data technologies.
• Apply statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and AI‑driven approaches to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and solve business challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, data‑driven solutions.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate insights to stakeholders.
