DevOps Engineer Associate

About the role

The Level 6 DevOps Engineer Associate will join the Global Finance Technology team in Bogota, Colombia. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that support development, testing and production environments while ensuring compliance with audit standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Automate deployment processes across environments and integrate automated testing.
• Collaborate with application teams to align deployment strategies and support version control.
• Assist in infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and repository management.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, internal policy and risk‑management requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps roles with a focus on automation and process improvement.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset and ability to work in an inclusive, high‑performance environment.
• Good communication skills in English (B2) and Spanish.
