DevOps Engineer – Modernize Web Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to modernize and support the infrastructure behind a large portfolio of corporate and marketing websites. You will help transition legacy hosting and deployment processes to modern, Git‑based CI/CD workflows, containerized environments, and scalable cloud hosting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple web applications.
• Manage staging and production Linux‑based environments, ensuring high availability.
• Migrate legacy deployment workflows to Git‑based processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS pipelines).
• Containerize applications with Docker and standardize local development setups.
• Automate infrastructure tasks and maintain deployment scripts.
• Implement logging, monitoring and alerting solutions; manage SSL certificates, DNS and server security updates.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, security and IT teams to improve release management and performance.
• Document infrastructure processes and participate in technical planning.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Linux server administration and web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed).
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline or similar.
• Containerization: Docker.
• Cloud/hosting platforms: AWS, cPanel/WHM.
• Scripting: Bash, Python.
• Version control: Git.
• Networking basics: DNS, SSL, infrastructure security.
• Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
