Digital Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Digital Content Manager to lead our web publishing ecosystem, ensure brand‑safe user‑generated content, and drive revenue through programmatic ad technologies across web and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of web publishing platforms and social media channels, curate SEO‑optimized content, and manage the editorial calendar.
• Deploy and tune programmatic moderation tools (AI filters, keyword blockers, algorithmic scanners) to maintain brand safety and compliance with major ad network policies.
• Maximize ad revenue and RPM by managing programmatic ad stacks, header bidding, SSPs, and social media monetization programs, and by analysing daily yield data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital publishing, ad‑operations or traffic management.
• Strong understanding of programmatic monetisation, header bidding and ad‑network compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with automation of content moderation and CMS safety plugins.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to use analytics to improve performance.
