Digital Content & Website Operations Analyst (North America)

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Digital Content & Website Operations Analyst to support North American brand and DTC websites. The role ensures that website content is accurate, compliant, optimized, and aligned with merchandising priorities, contributing to a high‑quality digital experience for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute CMS updates, including pages, banners, CTAs, and media assets.
• Manage regional email deployments within integrated content workflows.
• Implement SEO and content‑optimization best practices to improve organic visibility.
• Publish localized product content using PIM/Salsify and apply SEO metadata.
• Coordinate translation reviews, approvals, and ensure legal compliance.
• Support QA testing for content launches and updates.
• Monitor content performance, generate insights, and share findings.
• Collaborate with digital merchandising and brand teams on execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital content or web operations.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in PIM platforms, specifically Salsify.
• SEO metadata creation and content‑optimization techniques.
• Email deployment tools for regional campaigns.
• QA testing for digital content releases.
