Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support our digital operations. Working remotely from Barranquilla, you will ensure our brand web storefronts perform optimally by testing, monitoring, and documenting website functionality and conversion funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute testing of storefront areas and conversion funnels to identify issues affecting purchase intent.
• Conduct special audits of functionality, verbiage, content, and compliance information.
• Follow up on open cases, coordinating with on‑shore and off‑shore points of contact until issues are resolved.
• Participate in A/B testing activities and report on key performance indicators such as tasks assigned vs. tasks completed.
• Provide clear insights to the digital team to drive continuous improvement of the customer journey.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and querying (preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
