About the role
Logical Media Group is looking for a Digital Marketing B2B Growth & Automation Manager to design and execute high‑impact B2B marketing strategies for our clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating seamless customer journeys, optimizing CRM processes, and driving measurable growth across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional account teams to launch and manage omni‑channel campaigns from kickoff to delivery.
- Develop and implement data‑driven, cross‑channel programs aligned with client KPIs and key moments in the customer journey.
- Lead strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and program performance.
- Oversee creation of emails, forms, landing pages, and reporting infrastructure to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Build custom multi‑channel reports, maintain data hygiene, and manage integrations between marketing and sales platforms.
- Identify target segments, design loyalty and engagement programs, and mitigate risks related to CRM changes.
Required profile
- Strong experience in B2B digital marketing and automation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI‑driven results.
- Excellent communication skills for client and internal stakeholder interaction.
