Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

NILO® is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to drive influencer and paid‑media initiatives for its fast‑growing beverage brand across the LATAM region. The role is fully remote and combines influencer outreach, ad campaign management, and content planning to boost brand awareness and e‑commerce performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage influencers aligned with the brand, negotiate collaborations, and manage deliverables.
• Create, launch, and optimize Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok ad campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the Brand Designer to develop monthly social‑media content calendars, generate creative ideas for reels, TikToks, and trending formats.
• Maintain an organized influencer database and ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines.
• Produce bi‑weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze metrics, and recommend growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social‑media trends.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with US‑based brands or audiences is a strong plus.
