About the role
We are a fast‑growing, faith‑based digital marketing agency serving dog‑training businesses across the United States. As our first Client Success Manager, you will be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about the results we deliver.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client onboarding calls and set up clients on required platforms such as Slack, CRM, and ClickUp.
- Serve as the primary contact for all active clients, coordinating with internal SEO, Google Ads, and web development teams.
- Manage and prioritize tasks in ClickUp, communicating proactively via Slack.
- Send milestone updates (campaign launches, website completions, landing page deliveries) and lead monthly strategy and reporting calls.
- Identify upsell opportunities and present additional services in a consultative manner.
- Follow up internally and externally to keep deliverables on schedule and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Create and document SOPs to support future team growth and onboarding.
- Record client calls using Fathom or ClickUp’s screen recorder for quality and accountability.
Required profile
- Clear, confident communicator with warmth and assertiveness.
- Friendly yet firm, empathetic to client concerns and able to push back with solutions.
- Task‑focused, self‑motivated professional who takes ownership of commitments.
- High accountability, proactive communication, and resilience under pressure.
- Solutions‑oriented mindset capable of de‑escalating tension and turning problems into opportunities.
- Willingness to build and refine SOPs as the company evolves.
- Patience, flexibility, and a strong moral compass with professional language at all times.
