Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Search & Social Media

About the role

NKP Medical Marketing helps specialty medical practices such as plastic surgeons, cosmetic dermatologists and medical spas acquire patients through digital marketing. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, optimization and management of paid search programs on Google and Bing and paid social media programs on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You will act as the subject-matter expert, using analytical skills and creative thinking to drive the success of paid media programs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the NKP leadership team to build a scalable paid media process for the agency and its clients.
• Translate clients' business goals into measurable paid media strategies that drive leads and patient acquisitions.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and gain support for NKP's solutions.
• Recommend optimizations for PPC campaigns on Google, Bing and social media, and develop bid, keyword and targeting strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses and scale winning strategies; perform daily operations including bid, keyword and audience optimization.
• Act as the go-to expert on paid search best practices and report on paid media performance with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5-7 years of digital marketing management experience in an agency or similar setting.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher); Spanish is required.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects, with strong presentation and material preparation skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, professional and a team player with excellent client interaction skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in managing social ads on Meta and search ads on Google/Bing.
• Experience running A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
• Complete understanding of digital marketing principles, including keyword research, bid optimization and landing page optimization.
