Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital growth for Benson Law APC. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating and optimizing short‑form video content, managing paid media, and overseeing the firm’s website analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and publish short‑form videos (60–90 seconds) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels using DaVinci Resolve and Descript.
• Maintain a content calendar, design thumbnails and graphics in Canva, and conduct weekly analytics reviews to refine strategy.
• Manage Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), including targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and performance reporting via Google Analytics.
• Lead vendor selection and ongoing management for Webflow development, ensuring the website reflects current firm positioning.
• Submit all content and creative to the attorney for brand review before publication.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, organized and able to meet clear deadlines without micromanagement.
• Available for at least four hours of overlap with Pacific Standard Time each day.
• Strong English comprehension to edit legal content accurately.
