Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns that increase website traffic and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate stays ahead of digital trends and works closely with our content and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost website traffic and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and newsletters, using segmentation to target audiences.
• Analyze website performance with Google Analytics and other tools to improve SEO rankings and content effectiveness.
• Design, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging, SEO‑friendly digital assets.
• Track, report, and adjust campaign performance based on data insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
