Digital Marketing Specialist – LATAM

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist – LATAM will drive the execution, activation and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, events and email to generate demand throughout the Latin America region. You will work closely with agencies, regional stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns launch on schedule, are accurately tracked and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of integrated campaigns across paid media, in‑person and digital events, and email, managing setup, landing pages, audience segmentation and lead routing.
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure accurate tracking, on‑time deployment and performance measurement.
• Support reporting and analysis using PowerBI, maintain CRM campaign records and hierarchies to guarantee data accuracy and attribution integrity.
• Utilise enterprise marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM to create campaigns, manage leads and generate insights.
• Assist with marketing technology implementation, including asset development, form setup, integrations and the transition to Marketing Cloud.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Proven use of Salesforce CRM for campaign creation, lead management and reporting.
• Demonstrated success launching and supporting campaigns in the LATAM region.
• Strong project‑management, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
