Digital Marketing Specialist – PPC & Paid Media

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid‑media campaigns for a high‑growth fintech and cryptocurrency platform. You will work remotely, collaborating with design and marketing teams to create and optimise campaigns that drive acquisition and maximise return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Search and Performance Max campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, handling audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation and performance optimisation.
• Monitor core metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS, making real‑time adjustments to keep campaigns on track.
• Analyse performance data to uncover trends and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and stay up‑to‑date with PPC and paid‑social platform changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
• Based in Latin America or Europe.
