Digital Media Buyer (Marketing Coordinator)

About the role

WITHIN, a performance branding company, is looking for a Digital Media Buyer (listed as Marketing Coordinator) in Bogotá. The role gives hands-on experience across performance marketing channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Email, Affiliate, SEO, Influencer and Retail Media, with AI tools used in daily work. It is an entry-level, fully in-office position requiring on-site presence five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a diverse portfolio of clients and communicate with them by email and meetings on strategy and performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies.
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze cross-channel data to find optimization opportunities and support A/B testing and consumer research.
• Use AI tools and proprietary technology to speed up campaign analysis, reporting and client communication.
• Provide creative and copy recommendations based on historical performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in performance-driven digital marketing and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Curiosity about AI tools; prior use is a plus, openness to learning is required.
