Digital Media Buyer Trainee – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Media Buyer Trainee to support our performance‑driven marketing efforts across multiple channels. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training in paid social, paid search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer and retail media.

Key responsibilities

• Support a diverse portfolio of clients by executing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with clients via email and meetings to align on strategy and performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch integrated marketing strategies.
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Assist with A/B testing, consumer research, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide creative and copy recommendations and help implement best‑practice technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in a career in performance‑driven digital marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
