Digital Team Leader LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Team Leader for the LATAM region to drive user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple markets. The role combines hands‑on campaign management with team leadership in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the user acquisition strategy for LATAM markets.
• Manage and scale paid channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA and DSPs.
• Optimize campaigns toward CAC, LTV and downstream quality metrics (e.g., 4th ride, retention).
• Continuously test new channels, creatives and optimisation approaches.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across markets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of UA managers from junior to senior level.
• Set clear goals, KPIs and development plans for the team.
• Allocate and re‑allocate budget across countries and channels based on data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven experience managing six‑ to seven‑digit monthly paid‑media budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team or strong readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
