Director, Identity & Security Sales – COVEC Cluster

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions Organization is seeking a Director to lead Identity & Security (I&S) sales across the COVEC cluster. The role drives direct sales execution, expands existing client relationships, and acquires new customers for Mastercard’s I&S portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve individual sales targets, including bookings, revenue, and pipeline generation.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline for new logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Drive deals from qualification through close, ensuring forecast accuracy and strong deal hygiene.
• Develop deep relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead solution‑based selling across fraud, identity, financial crime, and cyber offerings.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with broader Services teams such as Ethoca, RiskRecon, and Recorded Future.
• Partner with account management and product leaders to shape compelling solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high‑growth environment.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and pipeline generation.
• Ability to engage senior executives and translate business priorities into security solutions.
