Director of Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Business Development to drive growth for our early‑stage health‑tech startup. This remote position focuses on acquiring and managing provider partnerships across Latin America, with a mix of in‑person presentations and ongoing account stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition initiatives to identify and secure high‑value partnerships.
• Conduct in‑person sales presentations to providers and onboard their programs to our platform.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Track and report detailed sales activities, including calls, wins, losses, and customer issues.

Required profile

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) and bi‑cultural, comfortable working with Latin American markets.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience targeting the Latin American provider market.
• Strong network‑building skills and ability to understand client product or service needs.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and capable of detailed reporting.
• Team‑player mindset focused on collective success.
