Director of Client Delivery

About the role

Accommodations Plus International (API) is seeking a Director of Client Delivery to act as the voice of the customer and ensure delivery functions across Operations, Technology, Product, and Accounting align with client success. The role leads a team of Account Managers/Directors, drives strategic initiatives, and fosters strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, grow and manage a team of Account Managers/Directors to deliver exemplary client performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product and Accounting to prioritize and implement client requests.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Organize business reviews, savings analyses, new client implementations and other client‑specific initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, set goals, provide feedback and oversee promotion processes.
• Become proficient in API technology platforms to align clients with appropriate software solutions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing client‑facing teams.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Operations, Technology, Product and Finance.
