Distribution Business Manager Networking Colombia

About the role

This hybrid position (average 2 days per week onsite) is based in Bogota and focuses on driving HPE revenue, profitability and pipeline through partner ecosystems in Colombia. You will act as a trusted adviser to VARs, distributors, SI, ISV and managed service providers, aligning HPE’s global and local strategies with partner priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide resources and guidance to partners on emerging trends and co‑create mutually beneficial business plans.
• Drive end‑to‑end HPE revenue and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data‑driven sales efforts.
• Coordinate HPE activities with partners, leveraging specialists for sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings and client engagements.
• Tailor selling solutions to partner customer profiles, ensuring quota attainment and partner loyalty.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience, with 2‑5+ years of selling experience.
• Proven ability to develop positive relationships, solve customer problems and influence partner actions.
• Experience managing accounts with low to mid‑level annual revenue, primarily in the SMB segment.

• Strong technology acumen and awareness of current technology trends.
• Sales acumen to identify opportunities, use sales platforms and propose solutions.
• Account management and financial acumen to develop strategic plans and assess partner financial health.
• Effective communication, time management and creativity to drive sales initiatives.
