Distribution Center Senior Manager

About the role

Lead the distribution centre (DC) operations, overseeing inbound, inventory control and outbound processes to achieve breakthrough results and superior customer experience. Foster a culture of enthusiasm, accountability and safety across the DC and 3PL teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies with sales channels to improve customer satisfaction and supply‑chain efficiency.
• Plan resources with Customer Service and Order Fulfilment to meet service and cost targets.
• Oversee all DC functions – receiving, put‑away, slotting, replenishment, VAS, picking, packing, returns, sample management and inventory control.
• Own DC budget forecasting, cost‑benefit analysis and KPI targets such as labor CPU, UPH and % over NS.
• Build DC capability, set capacity for storage and throughput, and drive continuous‑improvement culture.
• Collaborate with key customers to align service expectations and quality of deliveries.
• Identify short‑, medium‑ and long‑term infrastructure needs and benchmark against industry best‑practice.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and change‑driving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems.
