E-Commerce Assistant

About the role

As an E-Commerce Assistant at Outsourcing Advantage, you will support the daily operations of our clients' online stores. This remote position allows you to work from select international locations while collaborating with U.S.-based consumer goods businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily incoming orders and generate shipping labels.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all sales platforms.
• Audit product listings to ensure items are live and store operations run smoothly.
• Respond to minor, low‑volume customer messages through text‑based channels.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks.
• Experience processing e‑commerce orders and generating shipping labels.
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy across one or more sales channels.
• Experience auditing e‑commerce product listings to ensure items are live and accurate.
• Available to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
