E-commerce Listing Designer and Optimizer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented E‑commerce Listing Designer and Optimizer to develop high‑performing product listings across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and Shopify. The role blends design, copywriting and data‑driven optimisation to boost visibility, conversion and brand perception.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously optimise product listings on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify and other channels.
• Conduct keyword research using Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon search data and competitor analysis.
• Integrate keywords naturally into titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend terms and A+ content.
• Produce conversion‑focused copy and compelling visual assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma and AI‑based design tools.
• Manage Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, image‑stack optimisation and listing variation strategies.
• Analyse competitor listings, customer reviews and marketplace trends to refine product positioning.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers and outsourced teams by creating clear creative briefs.
• Monitor PPC performance, Amazon Attribution and external traffic sources to inform optimisation decisions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate or higher).
• Proven experience creating and optimising e‑commerce listings, especially on Amazon.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO, keyword research and conversion‑focused copywriting.
• Comfortable using Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image creation and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
• Understanding of PPC, Amazon Attribution and external traffic impact.
