About the role
Join us in Bogotá as an E-Commerce Operation Manager. We are looking for a data‑driven, strategic, and hands‑on professional with 5+ years of experience to scale and manage our digital commerce ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Marketplace Management & Execution
- Commercial & Inventory Planning
- Distributor & Model Operations
- Retail Media & Performance Ads
- P&L & Budget Management
- Data Analytics & AI Automation
- Cross‑Functional Alignment
Required profile
- 5+ years of proven track record in E‑commerce, Marketplace Operations, and Digital Commercial Management
- In‑depth hands‑on experience with Mercado Libre and Amazon (backend management, listing optimization, retail media ads)
- Strong expertise in SI, SO, DOS, inventory forecasting, distributor management, and P&L optimization
- Fluent / professional English (C1 level)
- Advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with AI‑driven analytics tools, and strong reporting capabilities
- Strategic mindset, proactive problem‑solver, and collaborative team player
