E‑Commerce Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on E‑Commerce Growth Specialist to own the end‑to‑end performance of a premium skincare brand’s Shopify storefront. You will be directly responsible for driving traffic, conversion, and retention while managing email revenue and paid acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own Shopify storefront health: conversion rate, revenue per session, product pages, collections, banners, navigation, and content.
• Run CRO programs including A/B tests, session analysis, and fixing conversion gaps.
• Manage on‑site SEO and stay ahead of AI‑driven search.
• Lead email and retention strategy in Klaviyo: monthly calendar, automated flows, segmentation, and revenue optimization.
• Oversee Meta and Google Ads, ensure clean UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting.
• Run loyalty program (Smile.io) and coordinate promotional moments such as Black Friday and seasonal sales.
• Maintain a DTC dashboard across Shopify, Klaviyo, and paid channels, surfacing issues and providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on DTC e‑commerce experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.
• Proven track record with Shopify and Klaviyo, including independent storefront edits.
• Strong CRO mindset with experience designing and executing tests.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and an eye for premium brand aesthetics.
• Fluent English and availability to work EST hours.
