Ecommerce Operations Manager – Supply Chain & Shopify

About the role

TopFoxx is a fast‑growing women‑owned DTC sunglasses and accessories brand looking for a remote Ecommerce Operations Manager. You will own vendor operations, the global supply chain, and the technical infrastructure that powers our Shopify store.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Chinese suppliers, factories and production partners, negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Own the end‑to‑end supply chain from production through fulfillment, forecast inventory needs and ensure timely restocking.
• Oversee shipments, fulfillment‑center logistics and quality control to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Maintain and enhance Shopify backend systems, integrate software platforms, APIs and ecommerce tools.
• Design and implement SOPs, documentation, automation workflows and operational systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy, analytical and resourceful with a strong ownership mindset.
• Experience in ecommerce operations, supply chain management or related fields.
• Proactive problem‑solver who continuously seeks cost‑saving and time‑saving opportunities.
