Editorial & Print Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Editorial & Print Graphic Designer to join the communications team of a global humanitarian organization. Working fully remote within the CST timezone, you will create impactful print materials that convey the mission and outcomes of the organization to donors and stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce annual reports, brochures, and multi‑page publications.
• Own layout and production of long‑form print projects from concept to print‑ready files.
• Prepare files for commercial printers and coordinate production.
• Create event collateral, web and email graphics, and infographics.
• Adapt and maintain brand guidelines across all materials.
• Build and manage reusable templates for recurring campaigns.
• Collaborate with communications, digital, and fundraising teams while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing for NGOs, nonprofits, humanitarian causes, healthcare, education, or cultural institutions.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and able to work independently.

• Adobe InDesign (primary tool).

• Full Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
