About the role

We are a leading flower export company seeking a bilingual Commercial Executive to drive business development, manage client relationships and expand our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate is results‑driven, comfortable negotiating with English‑speaking partners, and experienced in export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of national and international clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
• Build long‑term commercial relationships with strategic clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations.
• Coordinate internally to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
• Meet and exceed commercial KPIs and sales targets.
• Participate in business meetings, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare commercial reports and monitor business performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, client management and international market expansion.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of working with export operations or foreign‑trade companies.
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and deliver results in a hybrid work environment.
