Email Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to own the design and execution of our email campaigns from concept through delivery. The role will create on‑brand, mobile‑optimized emails that engage customers and support our beauty and e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build email campaigns including newsletters, promotions, product launches and automated flows.
• Schedule and send emails according to the marketing calendar, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage email lists, segmentation and audience targeting.
• Set up and maintain automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart and post‑purchase sequences.
• Monitor, analyze and report on key metrics (open, click, conversion, unsubscribe rates).
• Coordinate with the Creative team to align email content with broader campaign visuals.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, layouts and send times to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized email content calendar and troubleshoot rendering or deliverability issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably for beauty, lifestyle or e‑commerce brands.
• Strong eye for layout and visual storytelling with a focus on error‑free execution.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable managing end‑to‑end processes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Experience building emails in design tools like Canva, Figma or platform‑native editors.
• Understanding of email best practices, segmentation and automation.
