Employee Benefits Analytics Consultant

About the role

As an Employee Benefits Analytics Consultant at Gallagher, you will leverage data and technology to shape risk management strategies for clients, turning benefits plan data into actionable insights and supporting plan design decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization patterns.
• Develop predictive models and financial forecasts to support client decision‑making.
• Build and maintain databases, data collection systems, and analytics processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Present plan performance reports to clients, review product results, and share market and customer experience insights.
• Support sales and prospecting efforts within the Large Group Practice, including client meetings and travel up to 10%.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Understanding of employee benefit plan challenges and current health‑care trends.
• Experience building client relationships and delivering clear presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
