Employee Relations & Labor Relations Analyst – Power BI

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Employee Relations & Labor Relations (ER LR) Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support the Latam region. The analyst will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, ensuring timely resolution of ER LR cases while delivering data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging ER LR cases and inquiries from employees or leaders.
• Supporting ER LR administration activities, including reminders, case updates, and documentation archiving.
• Providing data visualisation and reporting through Power BI dashboards or other platforms.
• Ensuring cases are resolved within defined timeframes and quality standards.
• Monitoring customer‑satisfaction levels and maintaining confidentiality, trust, and integrity.

Required profile

• Metric‑oriented and data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience working in an HR function, preferably in employee or labor relations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional discretion.
