About the role

The Enterprise Business Development Representative drives growth by identifying and qualifying high‑value enterprise prospects across multiple industries. Working closely with Account Executives and Marketing, the role focuses on strategic outbound outreach to engage VP‑level and C‑suite decision makers.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and target enterprise prospects in healthcare, finance, technology, logistics, and professional services.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and video using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Engage senior stakeholders with consultative outreach and conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives, ensuring thorough handoff documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospect activity, and update pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed targets for outreach volume, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive activity within outsourcing and managed services.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales development, outbound prospecting, or business development.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise or mid‑market sales environments.
  • Stable employment history and advanced English proficiency.
