Entry-Level Accountant – Bogota

About the role
The Accounting Group is seeking an entry‑level Accountant to support the finance department in the Bogota office. You will help create accurate and timely financial records for the organization’s LATAM operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial records for assigned countries under the guidance of the Accounting Manager LATAM.
- Ensure monthly reconciliation and clearing of all balance‑sheet accounts.
- Compose miscellaneous journal entries and reconcile suspense accounts.
- Reconcile M&N financials with local statements provided by outsourcing partners and apply necessary adjustments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in public or private accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel as needed and ability to pass a background check.
