About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to deliver high‑quality administrative support to our customers. You will manage communications, schedule meetings, and handle a variety of project‑related tasks in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and triage client emails promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events.
- Track opportunities, prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Develop and finalize responses to client qualification requests.
- Maintain and update policies, guidelines, and documentation.
- Utilise project‑management tools to monitor progress and deadlines.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
- Minimum three years of experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Strong multitasking ability and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on risk identification and process improvement.
- Professional attitude, proactive communication, and high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Project‑management platforms: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.
- Google Suite: Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
- Collaboration tools: Discord, Hubstaff, WhatsApp, Zoom.
