Executive Assistant to Partners and Principals

About the role

Oliver Wyman is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a mix of Partners and Principals in Bogota. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update contact lists and business activities in the CRM database.
• Track sales activity and pipeline for each Partner, identifying follow‑up opportunities.
• Prepare letters, proposals, and other documents using Oliver Wyman formatting styles.
• Manage diaries, schedule internal and external meetings, and proactively add relevant appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, grouping client meetings when possible.
• Assist with work permits, visas, and handling confidential client information.
• Prepare monthly timesheets and expense reports for assigned Partners.
• Provide coverage for other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and proactive in supporting senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars and travel logistics efficiently.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
