Executive Search Partner – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for fast‑growing technology companies. Operating fully remote, you will own end‑to‑end executive search processes, shaping hiring strategy and delivering high‑impact leadership hires across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute search strategies, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for Director, VP and C‑suite positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps using proactive outreach, referrals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure a structured interview process.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire, and maintain data quality and compliance within ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven success closing mid‑senior and executive roles in competitive tech markets (SaaS, fintech, gaming, marketplaces).
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
