Executive Thought Leadership Program Lead – Latin America

About the role

Mastercard Data & Services is seeking an Executive Thought Leadership Program Lead for Latin America (LAC) to drive the evolution of its premium Digital Safari program. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of thought‑leadership experiences for C‑suite executives across banking, payments and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, enhance and manage the Digital Safari thought‑leadership curriculum for the LAC region.
• Coordinate multi‑location and virtual program delivery, ensuring high‑impact speaker engagements.
• Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to align content with Mastercard’s strategic priorities.
• Track program performance, gather attendee feedback, and iterate to improve relevance and value.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior executives, industry experts, and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑visibility programs or events, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging payment trends.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
