Facility Manager

About the role

CloudKitchens is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of its smart kitchen facilities in Bogotá. You will ensure that all building systems, equipment, and vendor services run smoothly to support restaurant partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and coordinate building, system, and equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage contractors and vendors for custodial, tenant‑improvement, and preventive‑maintenance work.
• Work with the kitchen onboarding team on equipment move‑ins, inspections, and go‑live activities for new licensees.
• Provide engineering support for retrofit plans and ensure compliance with local building and health codes.
• Develop, schedule, supervise, and track preventive‑maintenance programs, including fire‑department hood cleaning.
• Create and maintain a vetted list of local service providers.
• Lead small projects that involve multiple trades and oversee quality, SOPs, and pricing.
• Supervise Facility Technicians I & II in the region.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage maintenance and repairs within budget.
• Strong communication and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English at B2+/C1 level.
