Finance Coordinator

About the role

The Finance Coordinator will oversee and control the financial, accounting and treasury activities for Routres Colombia and its international entities. Acting as a central control point, the role ensures accurate, traceable and compliant financial information across operations, banking partners and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bank reconciliations, aligning bank statements with ERP (Siigo) records and internal reports.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense processing and tax compliance, preventing errors and delays.
• Validate issuance, control and registration of local and international invoices and ensure proper payment application.
• Manage domestic and international payment flows, monitor exchange‑rate differences and maintain complete filing of payment confirmations.
• Conduct credit limit reviews, monitor customer risk, follow up overdue balances and implement preventive collection actions.
• Handle financial institution requests such as bank account openings, credit applications, factoring and KYC documentation.
• Coordinate international trade documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists and invoice uploads for Routres International and Routres Belgium.
• Prepare and validate monthly reports on receivables, payables and customer balances, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support KYC compliance, audit requirements and respond to financial information requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Proven experience in financial coordination, accounting operations and treasury management.
• Familiarity with international payments, credit control and trade documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Siigo ERP system.
