Finance Junior Manager

About the role

The Finance Junior Manager will lead and oversee Financial Planning & Analysis for GBS Support Service Units, ensuring that business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed in line with regulations and internal policies. This role acts as a key finance partner, driving budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting for business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a customer‑focused culture within the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank resources.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reporting packages, including performance reports, trend analysis, and variance explanations.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close, forecast activities, and deliver financial/analytical reports to management.
• Oversee payroll and D&A budget and forecast models with quarterly updates.
• Support the annual budgeting process and monitor budgets for strategic decisions.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis for ad‑hoc projects and board presentations.
• Collaborate with Service Units to align forecasts and cost drivers.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a regulated banking environment and understand risk appetite.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior management and board members.
