Finance Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst

About the role

The Finance Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst will lead process excellence, automation and digital transformation across GBS Finance Operations, improving efficiency, scalability and stakeholder experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, redesign, standardize and continuously improve Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay and Record‑to‑Report processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and non‑value‑added activities using Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence methods.
• Design and implement automation solutions with Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and other workflow technologies.
• Develop business cases, ROI assessments and monitor performance of automated processes.
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, cycle times, productivity and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance operations, shared services or GBS, with proven track record in process redesign, automation and transformation.

Required skills

• RPA tools: Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• Power Platform and Power BI for analytics and reporting.
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and financial analysis.
• Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AI agents and responsible AI practices.
• API integrations and workflow automation.
