Forex Country Manager – Colombia

About the role

As the Forex Country Manager for Colombia, you will lead DB Investing’s expansion in the LATAM market. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing sales team, establishing partnerships with Introducing Brokers, and driving client acquisition across high‑net‑worth and institutional segments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute market‑entry strategies to increase DB Investing’s share in Colombia and the wider LATAM region.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen distribution channels.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective business development and sales execution.
• Build, coach, and manage a local sales and business‑development team.
• Ensure all activities comply with Colombian regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing at industry events to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments, and local regulatory frameworks.
• Established network of clients and Introducing Brokers in Colombia.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Based in Colombia with fluency in Spanish and English.
