About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Spanish‑Portuguese trainer to deliver and support training programs for its BPO operations. The trainer will work with product materials, training calendars and ensure new and existing staff acquire the knowledge needed to perform their duties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on products following established materials and schedules.
• Provide ongoing support for training programs and other learning activities.
• Act quickly to update training materials or programs and communicate changes to the training lead.
• Participate in the creation, design and rollout of training content and curricula.
• Foster a positive learning environment that motivates trainees.
• Assess trainee readiness and competency for their job functions.
• Stay current with company policies, procedures, systems and account‑specific products.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives for both internal processes and client operations.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the LX manager, such as new‑hire onboarding, reporting, operational support and center‑level training.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in delivering training or instructional support, preferably in a BPO or customer‑service environment.
• Ability to work with urgency and adapt training materials as needed.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of products and procedures.
