About the role

Won.ai is building an AI‑powered media engine to help enterprise clients transform how they create and distribute content. As the Founding AI Content Operations Lead, you will design, operate, and continuously improve the AI‑driven content production system that powers our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Convert founder talks, customer meetings, podcasts, sales calls, and workshops into a steady stream of high‑quality content across major platforms.
• Identify manual workflows, design automation, and feed improvements into the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with both marketing and product teams to align content operations with business goals.
• Measure performance, iterate on processes, and ensure the system becomes faster, smarter, and more autonomous each month.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong execution mindset with a passion for building scalable systems.
• Experience in content production, media operations, or related fields.
